Wash & Care
- Use a lingerie wash bag when washing in a machine.
- Wash frequently to keep it in tip-top condition - perspiration, perfumes and body lotions can all mark the fabric and regular washing minimises the risk.
- When hand washing always choose a washing liquid or powder specially made for delicate fabrics
- Do not leave lingerie to soak for more than five minutes.
- Wash darker colours separately.
- Do not exceed the recommended washing temperature - at 30ºC.
- Dry lingerie away from direct heat such as radiators, fires and even hot sunshine otherwise they may discolour
- Avoid catching delicate fabrics and laces with clothes pegs
The Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site. The Bralette Shop does not have a Return policy and we strictly do not entertain refunds.

Conditions for exchange:
1. Item is defective.
2. Incorrect item sent.
3. Incorrect sizes sent
We strictly do not accept exchange for another design / item or refund / store credits / SALE items / On disc.
Verification is required via the email in which you have filled up when making an order.
If it is the case of incorrect / defective item sent; we sincerely apologise for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us via our email at ContactUs@TheBraletteShop.com) before we request for the item to be mailed back.
Customer should bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is mailed back and sealed properly. We strongly encourage customers to send it back via registered mail or get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
All items to be returned (reached us) must be done so within 10 days after shipping of parcel.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return / exchange of the item.
Items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition. Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund unless it's defective.
Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
In relation to the the case where the item is not defective, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! We do, however it is better to email us at to ask about the shipping rates first!
How do I return an item?
Email us with the email you have used to purchase our items with the photos of the defective or incorrect item sent! Do note that all return postage will be borne by the customer.
How do I track my order?
The Bralette Shop will send out all orders within 3 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you if you have opted for registered postage!
I have not received my order!
The Bralette Shop is strictly not liable for any lost parcels sent out through Normal Postage.
We encourage you to opt for Registered Mailing!
